How We Can Help You

Two women are participating in a knitting class; Barbara is sitting at the table knitting while Donna, our volunteer instructor, is standing behind her ready to be of assistance.

Our professional staff will work with you, providing you with practical solutions to address the challenges you are facing. We will provide the support, education and training that will help you reach your goals--whatever they may be.

Learning to Live with Vision Loss

Our staff can help you sort through the resources and tools that are available to help people with vision loss adjust to life.  They are trained and certified to help you select the right magnifier, feel more comfortable dining in public, learn basic braille or continue your favorite hobby.  Our educational and training workshops are offered in communities throughout Chicago and the suburbs.
