Then, I checked my Whatsapp again. I clicked send but instead of seeing an email, I only saw an error message. Then I checked the contacts and the error message said "you cannot see your last messages here". Finally, step 3 hit the search button and boom - there were more details. Apparently, my prankster had sent a bunch of scam mails to my phone. I was able to snoop on his activities when he used the what's tracker application so I was able to block all the guys who phished for me and blocked the IP addresses.

 

Now for some strange reason, the "blocked" IPs now show as "someone else's contacts". I guess the program that I was using to view my profile didn't do a perfect job and I was able to trick it into thinking that I'm talking to someone else on the other end because of the "blocked" indicator. This is when I decided to call the number in the "friend" was supposed to be calling from and confirm my suspicions. The "friend" wasn't home at that time, but the creepy voice and photo I got afterwards convinced me that I was in fact talking to stalkers and not good friends.

 

So, the question remained, how do I know who has been viewing my whatsapp? Well, now you can easily spy on anyone who has ever checked the messages on your mobile phone. All you need is a free spyware removal program such as Spyware Doctor to perform a reverse lookup on your mac or PC.
