needs. AFB also uses the Guild's computer labs to teach adaptive technology
to teachers of the visually impaired.

Provides program support to Employment Connection that educate those
with disabilities so that they can themselves develop self-advocacy
skills in regard to their rights as a disabled employee, how to identify
and request reasonable accommodations from employers, learning their
transportation rights and options, and understanding how their SSI/SSDI
is impacted when they secure and maintain employment. Programs are tailored
for blind and visually impaired participants.
