Passionate Focus
Passionate Focus is the Guild's annual art exhibit celebrating the work of artists with vision loss. These artists share a passion to express themselves through their art; sharing with the world their reality.
Each year, over 100 pieces are submitted for consideration by a juror of professional in the art world. The jurors select the works to be included in the exhibit based solely on their artistic merit and are not provide with any information about the artists' visual impairment.
The event is not only a fantastic evening to celebrate the exhibit; it is a way for the Guild to further our mission. Guests to the exhibit are amazed at the range of work and the talent of the artists. They walk away with the realization that vision loss does not impede a person for pursuing their dreams—whether they dream to create art, practice the law or simply live interpedently.
