Provides program support to Employment Connection that educate those with disabilities so that they can themselves develop self-advocacy skills in regard to their rights as a disabled employee, how to identify and request reasonable accommodations from employers, learning their transportation rights and options, and understanding how their SSI/SSDI is impacted when they secure and maintain employment. Programs are tailored for blind and visually impaired participants.
