The products offered in this price list are commercially available and are presented to assist you in your magnification, tactile, large print and talking product needs. The Guild is not a medical facility and does not have an ophthalmologist or optometrist on staff. The Guild cannot supply prescription lenses or specialized low vision refraction. We cannot offer an opinion regarding eye care or course of treatment, but rather suggest and encourage consumers to seek regular care by trained ophthalmologists, optometrists or other medical professionals. We do not endorse or recommend any specific ophthalmologist, optometrist or low vision clinic.

3. Return Policy: We will accept an item for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase provided it is accompanied by the original receipt and all packaging. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if we determine the item has been damaged in any way.
4. Mail orders must be pre-paid and include a $3.00 non- refundable handling fee. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
5. The Guild accepts cash, checks, money orders, and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
