Bruce P. Hall Bruce has been a scuba diver and underwater photographer since 1983. As an elementary teacher in Costa Mesa, CA, Bruce often used his photography to share his knowledge of ocean life with his students. Macro, or close-up, photography enables Bruce, who has been legally blind since birth, to identify specific features of plant and animal life along the southern California coastline. a fish's view of the casino $325 SOLD
On an unusually bright and clear summer day I looked up through five feet of water and saw a scene I'm sure I'll never see again." I would like the viewer to know this image has not been manipulated digitally.
kelp symmetry $325 SOLD

giant green anemone $325 SOLD
This giant green anemone is actually just eight or nine inches in diameter. This photo was the result of spending many summer days exploring the tide pools in Laguna Beach, CA, studying the plants and animals living on and near the rocky tidal zone.
texture $325 SOLD
This photograph is a small section of the top of a sea star's leg. As I peruse this photograph with a magnifier, I always wonder about the purpose of the beautiful ornamental patterns, projections and color scheme kelp with snail $325 SOLD
This photograph represents one of my best examples of macro photography. This tiny section of a giant kelp plant is extremely difficult to capture, on film, because of moving currents, lighting conditions, and murky water.
