February Fondue
Come to this special kitchen skills workshop and get your fondue on! Work with Rehabilitation Therapist Polly Abbot and Goldie Tarr, the Low Vision Chef as we focus on handling exotic fruits like kiwi and pineapple. In this class learn how to:
- peel oddly shaped or unfamiliar fruit
- cut and slice fruit safely
- arrange fruit attractively for serving
When you come to class, please bring a small plain chocolate bar and piece of fruit, preferably something you're having a difficult time handling.
Get lots of hands-on time with the two instructors during the two-hour class and enjoy some delicious fondue. To register, contact Polly Abbott.
