Financial Statements

In 2010, the Guild for the Blind provided direct assistance for 1082 adults with vision loss.  We also indirectly reached 3665 more through our training and education programs.  We are committed to help each individual in a manner that works best for them.

The Guild is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible as allowed by state and federal tax laws.  Due to the diligent efforts of our Board, staff and volunteers we receive Government grants and Corporation/Foundation donations to support our work.  However we rely on over 61% of our revenue from individual contributions and bequests to enable us to directly empower adults with vision loss to live their life to the fullest.  We appreciate your generosity and commitment in helping us fulfill our mission..
